We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

In the same condition you received it

Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
🚫 We do not accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed supplement products.
Due to health and safety reasons, consumable items cannot be accepted once the seal has been broken.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@zypstrips.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of consumable supplements, we do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the product must be:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
